FEES

– THE EMPLOYEE WILL BE CHARGED A FEE THE FOLLOWING MISCONDUCT
– Staff arriving late for work: 1 hour based on the Minimum Wage
– Booking cancellation with less than 48 hours notice: 4 hours based on the Minimum Wage. In this case the employee might be sent home, where missing booking fee applies
– Missing bookings: fee is calculated according to the number of hours missed; minimum 4 hours based on the Minimum Wage
– Consumption of alcohol or any unauthorized substance: 4 hours based on the Minimum Wage
– Misbehaviour causing disturbance of others: 4 hours based on the Minimum Wage
I UNDERSTAND THAT A FEE IS APPLIED IN CASE OF FAILURE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND MISCONDUCT.
I AGREE WITH FIRST CLASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I HEREBY REQUEST FIRST CLASS TO FIND EMPLOYMENT ON MY BEHALF.
